CrossFit: Strength – Shoulder Press 3-3-3-3-3.  MetCon – 3 minutes on, 1 minute off of the following: Rowing (Cal), alternating pistols, push press (75# Men/55# Women), Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75# Men/55# Women), Slam Ball (30# Men/20# Women).

Summer Challenge: Skill – Press, Push Press, Pull Up.  MetCon – Complete one Tabata round of each of the following: Rowing, Slam Ball, Pull Up, Push Press (75# Men/55# Women).
