CrossFit Classes: Skill – Muscle Up. MetCon – Three rounds for time of 7 Muscle Ups, 21 Kettlebell Swings (1.5 pood men/1 pood women), 75 Double Unders.

Summer Challenge: Skill – Sumo Deadlift High Pull.  MetCon – 30-20-10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Burpee.
