Strength/Skill – Hang Power Clean/Hang Squat Clean 6 x 2 (1+1). MetCon – In 20 minutes, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of 5 Thrusters, 7 Hang Cleans, 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95# Men/65# Women).
