Strength/Skill – Perform 1 Power Clean at 80% Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) for five minutes. At the end of five minutes, perform as many reps as possible of Power Clean at 80% in 2 minutes. MetCon – Three rounds for time of 400m run, 50 double unders.
