March 26th, 2013 Workout of the Day
Strength – Every Minute on the Minute for 10 minutes, perform one squat clean thruster and two thrusters (1+2) for load. MetCon – CrossFit Open Workout 11.3 – In 5 minutes, perform as many reps as possible of Squat Clean and Jerk (165# Men/110# Women).
*Each Squat Clean & each Jerk counts for 1 rep/point. So each Squat Clean and Jerk = 2 reps/points.
**You must successfully complete a Squat Clean to full depth for the Jerk to count.
