Skill – Toes to Bar.  Skill Practice – Within a five minute period, complete two rounds of unbroken Toes to Bar for reps (Unbroken = hands on the bar/feet unsupported).  MetCon – Five rounds for time of 9 Kettlebell Swings (2 pood Men/1.5 pood Women), 15 Push Ups, 200m run.
