March 2nd, 2013 Workout of the Day
Deck of Card Workout! In this workout, Clubs will be Knees to Elbow, Spades will be AbMat Sit ups, Hearts will be Push Ups, and Diamonds will be Burpees. Each Joker will be a 400m run. The workout will be performed in teams and each member of the team will complete the required number of reps/distance before moving to the next card.
