March 8th, 2013 Workout of the Day
CrossFit Open Workout 13.1 – In 17 minutes, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of 40 Burpees, 30 Snatch (75/45 lbs), 30 Burpees, 30 Snatch (135/75 lbs),
20 Burpees, 30 Snatch, (165/100 lbs), 10 burpees, Max rep Snatch (210/120 lbs).

*Plan for all scheduled workouts to run more than one-hour tomorrow. Please advise your coach if you have to depart on time and ask to be placed in the first heat.
The modification for snatches will be a deadlift for anyone that is uncomfortable or not confident in their snatch technique.
