Strength – Split Jerk 3-3-2-2-1-1-1. MetCon – Complete three minutes of work with one minute of rest of the following exercises: Rowing, Slam Ball (30# Men/20# Women), American Kettlebell Swings (53# Men/35# Women), Clapping Push Ups, Box Jumps (24″ Men/20″ Women, Games Standard). Score will be the total number of reps completed for Slam Ball, Swings, Push Ups, and Box Jumps and calories for the Row.
