Rep Your Box team tryout day!  We will have a continuously running clock set to 32 minutes.  During the first 12 minutes, establish a 1 rep max squat clean.  You will then have from minutes 12-17 to complete 1 max unbroken set of Chest to Bar Pull Ups and 1 max unbroken set of Handstand Push Ups.  At minute 17, time starts on the following: 25 Wall Ball shots (20# Men/14# Women, 10′ target Men/9′ target Women), 50 Double Unders, 20 Wall Ball shots, 40 Double Unders, 15 Wall Ball shots, 30 Double Unders, 10 Wall Ball shots, 20 Double Unders, 5 Wall Ball shots, 10 Double Unders.  *15 minute cap on the Wall Ball/Double Under portion.
