Strength – Power Clean.  Complete 2 Power Cleans Every Minute on the Minute for 12 minutes.  MetCon – In 10 minutes, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of 6 Power Clean (155/105), 12 Sit Ups, 24 Double Unders.
