Strength/Skill – In 15 minutes, work up to heavy complex of drop snatch, snatch balance, heaving snatch balance (see video demonstration/explanation). MetCon – Seven rounds for time of 5 Snatch Deadlift, 5 Hang Power Snatch, 5 Overhead Squat (95# Men/65# Women).
