Bench Press 2-2-2-2-2-2.  Then In 12 minutes, row 1K and establish 1 rep max bench press. Then 60 seconds on, 30 seconds off of pull ups, push ups, sit ups.  Score = 1 RM bench + total reps pull ups, push ups, sit ups.
