Skill – Muscle Up (new progressions from the Freestyle Seminar with Carl Paoli two weeks ago!).  Then 5 Muscle ups, 25 Wall Ball, 5 Muscle Ups, 20 Wall Ball, 5 Muscle Ups, 15 Wall Ball, 5 Muscle Ups, 10 Wall Ball, 5 Muscle Ups, 5 Wall Ball.  Done!
