November 26th, 2012 Workout of the Day
Holiday Challenge Prelims. A. In 10 minutes, establish 1 rep max deadlift. B. Complete max reps in 2 minutes of pull ups, push ups, AbMat sit ups, air squats. Rest 2 minutes between efforts. C. Run 1 mile for time.
*There will be a couple of different categories for this challenge. We will do awards not just for improvement, but combined scores between the preliminary and final workouts for both men and women. The finals will be January 5th after the holiday season concludes. There will be a make-up for this WOD Tuesday at 6 pm if you cannot make any of the sessions tomorrow. It is $0 to participate and the only cost is your effort and consistency throughout the holiday period!
