Complete 2 Sumo Deadlift every minute on the minute for 10 minutes.  Then in 15 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible of 7 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (115# Men/75# Women), 21 Kettlebell Swings (55# Men/35# Women).
