In 20 minutes, work up to heavy snatch balance.  Then 5 minutes rowing (calories), rest 1 minute, 4 minutes air squats (reps), rest 1 minute, 3 minutes push ups (reps), rest 1 minute, 2 minutes sit ups (reps), rest 1 minute, 1 minute pull ups (reps).
