October 15th, 2012 Workout of the Day

Skill – Kipping Pull Ups.  WOD – Chelsea.  Perform 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats every minute on the minute for 30 minutes.

Mod with 4-8-12, 3-6-9, 2-4-6 and/or less time (25 minutes, 20 minutes, 15 minutes) as appropriate for your ability level.  Modify down 1 level every time unable to complete assigned work within the minute.

So for instance, you finish 5-10-15 for five rounds and miss round 6.  Go to 4-8-12 and complete the rest of the workout there unless unable to complete a round.
