Overhead Squat 5 @ 70%, 3 @ 80%, 1+ @ 90%.  Then in 3 minutes, complete a 200m run and as many OHS as possible (135# Men/95# Women).  Rest 2 minutes.  In 6 minutes, complete a 400m run and as many OHS as possible (95# Men/65# Women).  Rest 2 minutes.  In 9 minutes, complete 800m run and as many OHS as possible (75# Men/45# Women).  Done.
