Skill – Rowing. Then 1K row, 75 double unders, 50 hand release push ups, 800m run, 60 double unders, 40 hand release push ups, 500m row, 40 double unders, 30 hand release push ups, 400m run. Done.

***The only scheduled WODs are at 6:00 and 10:30 am tomorrow. Evening workouts are cancelled in lieu of the move.  Please feel free to drop in, check out the new place, and lend a hand anytime between 3 and 8 pm***
