October 31st, 2012 Halloween Workout of the Day
Halloween Chipper – perform 31 repetitions of each exercise (95# Men/65# Women on all barbell movements): Power Clean, Kettlebell “Power” Swing (1.5 pood M/1 W), Front Squat, Box Jump (24″/20″), Overhead Squat, Toes to Bar, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Slam Ball (30# Men/20# Women), Push Press, Burpees.
