Skill – Kettlebell Clean.  MetCon – 400m run, 21 kettlebell cleans (weak hand), 21 kettlebell cleans (strong hand), 21 handstand push up, 400m run, 15 kettlebell cleans, 15 kettlebell cleans, 15 handstand push ups, 400m run, 9 kettlebell cleans, 9 kettlebell cleans, 9 handstand push ups.
